How come Norwegians don’t ride their reindeer to work? How did Norway get colonised by the red pants wearing teeangers this May? Is it true what they say that UDI will give you the citizenship if you can eat 10 kg of sursild and still have the will to live?
Our show will attempt to answer all your questions about Norway. A stand-up show that wants to know your story, doubts, concers and personal number. A crowdwork oriented stand-up show for all expats, tourists, immigrants, english speakers, cats and dogs, family and foes.
Cosmina A. Giurgiucanu is a student at OsloMET within the field of Drama and Theater communication. She aspires in her artistic research to experiment with how to give you, the audience, an authentic comedic experience through crowdwork and story sharing. As a Romanian immigrant in Norway she has experienced that laughter is indeed the best medicine to all things. The goal of organizing stand-up shows with interaction as the main focus, is to reach out to those multi cultural souls who want to connect through laughter. To share their two world experiences with others and find the funny in our common experience of Norway. All while enjoying some of Oslo’s funniest comedians of course.
So don’t let your Monday be boring, swing on by and let’s recuperate together after the 17 mai weekend!
Send us a story at oslocomedysphere@gmail.com about your experience surviving the 17 mai bonanza.
